Our Semi-Custom Process

STEP 1

Choose Your Collection

Select your preferred semi-custom stationery design from our curated collections. Each suite has been thoughtfully designed to be personalised with your wedding details. 

STEP 2

Submit your details

After placing your order, please keep an eye on your inbox over the next 48 hours. You'll receive a personalised Google Sheet template tailored to your order, where you can enter your wedding details, wording preferences, and any guest information required.

There's no need to send the completed Google Sheet back to us, as The Bride has direct access to it. Once you've finished filling it out, simply send us an email with your order number so we know it's ready for review.

STEP 3

Design & Proofing

Once your wedding information is confirmed, we’ll customise your chosen design and send through a digital proof for review. Depending on the order this may take 2-5 business days. You’ll then have the opportunity to request revisions before providing final approval for print.

STEP 4

Print & Delivery

Once you have approved the proof, your stationery moves into production using premium materials and professional printing methods before being carefully packaged and delivered to you. Printing time varies so allow up to 4 weeks for print and delivery. If you require your items sooner, please reach out and we'll see what we can to expedite the process.

12 MONTHS

Order Your Save the Dates

Now is the perfect time to secure your stationery and begin sharing the excitement with your guests. Order your semi-custom Save the Dates and start gathering guest addresses so you're ready for the next stage.

9 MONTHS

Send Your Save the Dates

With your venue booked and wedding date confirmed, it's time to send your Save the Dates. This gives guests plenty of notice to organise travel, accommodation, and time off work.

6 MONTHS

Order Your Invitations

Place your invitation order and complete your personalised wording form (Google Sheet).

We'll customise your chosen design with your wedding details and guide you through the proofing process to ensure everything is perfect.

4 MONTHS

SEND YOUR INVITATIONS

Once your invitations arrive, it's time to pop them in the post. Sending invitations 12–16 weeks before your wedding gives guests enough time to RSVP while keeping your celebration front of mind.

3 MONTHS

Order Your ON TåHE DAY STATIONERY

Now is the time to secure your on-the-day stationery such as menus, place cards, table numbers, signage, seating charts, welcome signs, and any custom pieces unique to your celebration.

2-3 MONTHS

PROOFING

Complete your personalised wording form (Google Sheet) with your wedding details (e.g food and beverage menu).

We'll customise your chosen designs with your wedding details and guide you through the proofing process to ensure everything is perfect.

1-2 MONTHS

On-the-Day Stationery Ready

Your on-the-day stationery is delivered and ready to set the scene for your big day— from welcome signs to table details, everything comes together to complete your wedding aesthetic.
