Terms and Conditions

Printing

THE BRIDE collaborates with reputable third-party suppliers to provide high-quality printing services. However, the CLIENT acknowledges that THE BRIDE is not the direct producer of the printed materials and, therefore, cannot be held responsible for the quality, accuracy, or timeliness of the printing services provided by these third parties. If printing defects are noticed before they leave THE BRIDE studio, THE BRIDE will order a reprint of your items, at the expense of the printing supplier.

Estimated production and delivery times are provided based on the information from the third-party supplier. THE BRIDE will make every effort to meet these timelines; however, THE BRIDE is not liable for any delays caused by the third-party supplier or shipping services. The CLIENT agrees to allow sufficient time for production and delivery when placing their order.

Orders are subject to paper stock availability. In the event of supply difficulties THE BRIDE will inform you and discuss alternative materials or designs.

While THE BRIDE works closely with third-party suppliers to ensure a high standard of quality, slight variations in colour, paper texture, and print quality may occur due to the nature of the printing process. These variations are considered normal and do not constitute grounds for a refund or reprint.

The CLIENT is responsible for covering all costs associated with the printing services. THE BRIDE will provide a detailed invoice for the printing costs, which must be paid in full before the printing order is placed with the third-party supplier. Payment terms will be clearly outlined in the invoice, and any delay in payment may result in delays in the production and delivery of the printed materials.

Our reliance on a third-party printing service dictates our timeline. Should time constraints and extensive CLIENT revisions pose a risk to the printing timeline, a warning will be issued. In the unlikely event that a printing warning has been issued, THE BRIDE disclaims responsibility for any third-party delays, and no refund will be provided for any delayed stationery elements that do not arrive in time.

Postage

Postage is coordinated by THE BRIDE, but is the financial responsibility of the CLIENT, unless otherwise stipulated in the contract.

THE BRIDE makes no implied claims or warranties for the cost of postage to mail products. THE BRIDE is not responsible for any damages to items once out of possession, including damages or loss incurred as a result of postal equipment, shipping equipment, inclement weather, or other situations beyond THE BRIDE’s control.

We will take the utmost of care to ensure safe and appropriate packaging and delivery methods are used.

You will be supplied with a courier tracking number on the day that your package is collected from our studio so you can track your goods from door to door.

Intellectual Property and Copyright

All designs, semi-custom collections and bespoke designs are the sole property of THE BRIDE and are covered by copyright. They may not be reproduced in any fashion without the permission of THE BRIDE. Any breach of copyright will be pursued.

Bespoke Designs: Upon final payment by the client, you are granted the right to use the resulting designs for your event. The Intellectual property and copyright of the designs remain with us.

You grant us a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty free license to use the Intellectual Property Rights in the Final Version Deliverables for commerce, promotional and marketing purposes.

All designs, illustrations, images, fonts and concepts are subject to copyright and may not be reproduced, copied, printed or used for any other reason.

Any concepts created throughout the design process, whether they are used in the final product or not, remain the intellectual property of THE BRIDE. THE BRIDE reserves the right to use such concepts in both digital and physical portfolios, including, but not limited to, use on THE BRIDE’S website and social media, promotional items, commerce or as samples in the THE BRIDE’S studio.

Cancellations and Refunds

As THE BRIDE is a service-based business, all our products are made to order. We do not offer refunds due to change of mind or change of personal circumstances if design process has commenced or scheduled for printing. You can cancel your items if we have not started work on your artwork.

We do encourage you to purchase a sample of your product before ordering final prints so you can see the high quality and craftsmanship of our designs.

Bespoke Design - Final Approval

You understand that final approval of the design proof acknowledges that You have thoroughly reviewed it for accuracy including but not limited to wording, spelling, dates/times, design, and all other content and style, and has confirmed that it is error free and has met all your requirements.

You will be solely responsible for all costs for reprinting due to errors identified after the approval of the proof.

Refunds will not be given once print production has started. No final print work will be started until you have confirmed acceptance of the proof in email.

If we are delayed or obliged to spend additional time or incur additional expenses in the performance of any of our obligations, by reason of your acts or omissions or failure to provide information or perform your obligations, then you shall pay us any additional reasonable costs and expenses we have incurred.

Bespoke Fees and Payment

All dollar amounts are in Australian dollars and pricing excludes GST.

The Deliverable Fees are split into two equal payments: 50% of the total design cost is payable upfront as your Initial Payment, with the remaining 50% due as your Final Payment once your stationery is complete. We'll send you an invoice for the Initial Payment covering all Deliverables at the start of the project, and an invoice for the Final Payment once your stationery is finished.

Printing and shopping is quoted separately and invoiced in full - this amount must be paid before we place your printing order.
